From 2010 to 2017, Richard was Vice President of Corporate Storytelling at Visa Inc. Richard’s ability to connect creative and impactful storytelling to an organization’s business strategy and brand positioning sets him apart from most other creative directors and communications leaders. It was these qualities that drove the success of Visa’s first corporate advertising initiative, the Currency of Progress.
Since founding 4C in 2017, Richard has worked on planning, strategy and storytelling at some of the world’s leading brands, including Anheuser-Busch, Gilead Sciences, Schwab and Visa.
Albert Coscia is a corporate reputation strategist and communications leader. During his more than 25-year career at two of the world’s leading financial brands, Albert led a wide range of communications functions including media relations, issues management, litigation communications, executive visibility, corporate reputation and employee communications.
Throughout his tenure at Visa, Albert was involved in the company’s most significant communications milestones and corporate initiatives – including the merger of Visa U.S.A. with Visa International that created Visa Inc. and Visa Inc.’s subsequent IPO. During his time leading reputation communications, Visa’s reputation ranked among the world’s top 25 global corporations.
Kimberli Dibble is a Certified Public Accountant with an extensive background in both public and private accounting. In addition to her more than 10 years of accounting experience, she has taken on major roles within finance, project management, and digital transformation. At 4C, Kim manages the company’s day-to-day operations, as well as planning and marketing support.
During her time at Liberty Property Trust (formally a publicly traded REIT), Kimberli led the design, development, and implementation of new processes and new software for the budgeting and forecasting functions. These changes improved efficiency and pushed key functions to owners across the organization. Additionally, Kimberli prepared and provided the Executive Team and Board of Directors with quarterly forecasts to support business decisions and prepare for national investment analyst calls. She has worked in several different functions within many different industry sectors and possesses strong problem-solving skills.
